When my cousin Stephen told me about a girl he was dating, I was intrigued. I have a really large family. There are 28 cousins! When he got engaged my whole family was thrilled. And when they decided to get married at the Rams Head Inn, Richie and I were super excited to go back to the same venue where we got married, as wedding guests! When Tara asked me to help with her planning, I was so excited to create another version on Rams Head Inn wedding inspiration fora bride.

When I met Tara, I understood why my cousin was smitten. She has a sweet bubbly personality. She also comes from a large family, and has a bunch of brothers. The two of them dated for a few years, even while Tara was living in Florida to complete her degree in event planning!

Like so many event planners, when Tara and Stephen got engaged, she dug in deep to the planning process. And then Tara got an amazing job and found out she didn’t have much spare time. That’s when she called me and asked for help. And how could I resist? How excited am I?! In early September I’m going to get to be a wedding guest at a wedding I’ve helped to plan! My assistant Cori Jane will have one extra job that night, to make sure I have fun! I’m very lucky to have her, because I know that she will do everything perfectly and I will really be able to sit back and have fun.

Wanna know one more really cool (and extremely awesome) fact about Tara and Stephen’s wedding? They chose to get married at the Rams Head Inn. The same venue Richie and I chose for our wedding. I can not wait to go back and experience a wedding there, and enjoy reliving my own wedding. The space is gorgeous, and the food is unbelievably good!
