Tented weddings are a gorgeous undertaking and involve a lot of "moving parts." BWE has a long history of taking on and planning amazing tented weddings at a number of NJ's finest venues including, Congress Hall in Cape May, the LBI Foundation for the Arts and Sciences, as well as, 101 Center Street. And stay tuned, because in 2020 we will be one of the first planners in a decade to plan a tented wedding on the beach at Brant Beach Yacht Club! Tented weddings do cost more. Not just to hold, but to plan as well! We will design a tented wedding package specific to your venue and desires.

Wedding Day Management is for couples who have already planned out their wedding. With a few months left before the big day, we step in to work with you & your vendor team to ensure nothing has been overlooked & all your lose ends are tied up. About 8 weeks prior to your wedding, we will begin familiarizing ourselves with your wedding plans. Normally, 1-2 virtual meetings are needed to go over your itinerary & last-minute details. Then we create a wedding day timeline & confirm with all of your vendors. On the wedding day, we ensure that your plans are carried out smoothly & discreetly to handle any problems that arise.

What's the average cost of the weddings you plan?

LBI is our jam. We know it like the back of our hand. But we love the shore! We are ready to travel throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties to help you plan the wedding of your dreams.

Will you travel beyond Long Beach Island?

Although many of our weddings & events do get featured both in print & on some of the wedding industry’s top blogs, this is not something that is guaranteed. Most publishers are interested in colorful, uniquely designed weddings with beautiful details & a great story!

Will we get featured in a magazine or blog?

Sort of! From photographers to florists & caterers, we’ve worked with some of the best companies in the area & would love to share their information with you! But we do not simply provide a list. We carefully and thoughtfully curate our suggestions for you based on your wedding's style, budget, and the importance you have placed on a specific service. There are times we will give you multiple vendor suggestions and other times, when we will make only one. We can’t wait to customize our referrals to your style, needs, & budget.

Do you have a list of preferred vendors to use?

First, we always make sure there is a back-up plan for every situation. We stay on top of weather conditions (rain, flooding and wind are our biggest concerns on LBI) and we know from experience what to include in your plans and how to tweak existing plans to accommodate for Mother Nature. By staying organized & maintaining clear communication with your entire team, throughout the planning process, we do our best to eliminate issues before they arise. We also carry an emergency kit with tools and every type of tape and glue imaginable. But when wedding day problems arise, we handle them with discretion.Most often, our couples never even knew there was a problem!

How do you deal with wedding day disasters? 

We will work with you to maintain communication via
in-person meetings, email, & phone consultations to ensure that we are always on the same page. We will be there to guide you through each & every detail. If you’d rather chat by phone, or prefer Facetime to sit-down meetings, we are happy to help!

How many meetings will we have?
 Do you come with us to all of our relevant meetings?

This greatly depends on the logistics & complexity of your event, but you will always have at least one on-site coordinator the day of your wedding. But there may also be multiple team members working at different locations involved in your event. 

How many people on your staff will be at the wedding?

Let us know when you’re getting married, & we will let you know immediately whether or not we are available. A non-refundable deposit & signed contract is due in order to secure your date. If you haven’t narrowed down a date yet, we can help! It helps to have 2-3 dates in mind to ensure that you’ll be able to get first dibs on your venue & other vendors!
