Bogath Weddings and Events is Celebrating Our Birthday this Week!

I wish I had thought about this sooner, ‘cause I totally would have organized a cake smash photo shoot. Instead, I’m going to share with you some of my favorite moments as an NJ wedding planner from the past year! In fact, I was reading this blog post this afternoon from Idalia Photography. It was all about their favorite first looks from the year. It got me thinking about my favorite wedding moments. And truth be told, it’s the same moment at every wedding. It’s just after the bride and groom are announced after getting married, and they have their first kiss. And wait for it… my favorite moment…Every. Single. Time. It is the bride and groom walking down the aisle together after just getting married.

The biggest special thanks goes to my husband, Richie. He’s the rock at my side through thick and thin. He’s quietly working behind the scenes to make this business run. He’s my book keeper, my webmaster, my SEO guru, and my sanity. Another very special thanks goes to Alex from Idalia Photography. Alex has been inspiring, helping, and my sounding-board before Bogath Weddings and Events had a name, a logo, or an anything! I’d also like to thank my daughter, C. She my Instagram “lover.” She loves every post. Sometimes within seconds. Seriously. She feeds the dog when I’m in the middle of things. And she (and Richie, too) tolerates my tunnel vision when I get into “creative mode.”

I’d like to thank my dog, Lilly. She’s not much help when it comes to wedding planning, but she keeps my feet warm, sometimes. Mostly she just hangs around and looks cute.

Last, I’d like to thank my mom. She has always been my cheerleader since day one. She likes all my posts, and leaves the cutest comments on my blog and Facebook posts. They never fail to make me smile.
