NJ Wedding Day Management and NJ Wedding Day-of Coordination

Lots of people get a little stressed out in the months leading up to their wedding. These can cause a lot of unnecessary stress. (If you would like our FREE check list for brides with 2 months to go, get it here!) In fact, I’ve worked with many brides who tell me that many of the detail planning and work that I did for them during the month leading up to their wedding day would have simply gone undone, or worse, made the time leading up to their wedding exceptionally stressful. Why Wedding Day Management is a Great Idea!

1. There’s not enough time! You are feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list and have started eliminating things you had really wanted because you don’t have the time to DIY them, nor do you have the time to research the best price.
2. You are seriously stressed out! Stress can do awful things to your body. But it can also hurt your soul. The time leading up to your wedding should be full of wonderful memories. It should be a time you look back on and remember fondly. No one wants to look back on the month before their wedding and have memories of freak-outs over signage and menus! Or, of all-nighters assembling welcome packages or favors. Not cool.
3. You’re overwhelmed by the necessities! There are certain things that have to get done, right! Someone has to contact vendors, confirm details, ensure contracts are honored. Someone has to make sure all the details come together in the end. Timelines, contract review, confirmations… all of this is covered with NJ wedding day management (what some planners will refer to as NJ Wedding Day-of Coordination).
4. You keep missing your vendors! If you’re like most people, you’re trying to finalize the details for one of the biggest days of your life while you’re also working full time (and in my case parenting–OMG, we got married right in the middle of my daughter’s fall sports season! I was planning with my mobile hot spot on during practices!) And it’s really hard to get in touch with vendors when they are often working the same hours as you!

*Bogath Weddings and Events doesn’t offer NJ Wedding Day-of Coordination, because we call it Wedding Day Management, because we feel that label more accurately reflects the service we provide. BWE can’t simply show up and coordinate your wedding. We know that a successful wedding needs a lot more TLC than taking care of a few weeks worth of details and insuring that everyone is lined up right. Although that is very important, and we take care of that too!

I hired Jeanne about 2 months before my wedding… Jeanne became my go to girl and a fairy godmother wrapped into one.  First she organized and contacted all my vendors. She was available throughout the day for questions through text and/or emails.  Jeanne is extremely detail oriented and because she just had a wedding of her own knew the items that might be forgotten on the big day.  She created beautiful Instagram signs, bathroom signs, and a Jenga guest book sign.  Jeanne even surprised us on that day with a “Best Dog” sign for our boxer who attended the ceremony.  She created bathroom baskets for those quick day of fixes and also found me the perfect basket for collecting the wedding gifts.  This was all before May 15^th happened.
